Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Velvata is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@velvata.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
